I’ve been going through quite a rough patch the last few weeks. I felt like an animal trapped inside a cage but that all is going to change. I’ve decided to leave my cage and be whatever my little heart feels it wants to be. I’m starting a new blog called Daily SA. I’ve decided to move out of this bad space I’m in and create a solution to my own unicorn stage.
Sometimes we experience things in live that’s not quite pleasant and it feels like we need to escape. This is completely normal especially when it feels like you’ve been carrying a mountain around on your back. The thing is that you need to start working on your escape plan or what we call the unicorn mode. We will start by accessing the situation properly so you can make an inform decision. Robin Green, a Professor of Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of Pretoria, mentions in his article that you are responsible for your own thoughts and happiness in his article Making Your Own Good Day. So that means I am responsible to create my own unicorn mode and move into at the right time in the right place.
